The “Churbah” Synagogue

An experiential lecture with visual presentations over the story of the magnificent Hurva Synagogue, beginning with Nachmanidie’s restoration of the Jewish Quarter 700 years ago.

Follow the rise and fall of the synagogue all the way until its restoration in the year 2010.

 The presentation will include unique and personal stories that took place around the synagogue during the last 100 years until its fall in the War on Independence.
